Direction for use (4 options)
- Option with semi-skimmed milk (vegetarian): 2 tablespoons of Formula 1 (26 g) + 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat).
- Option with soy drink (vegan): 2 tablespoons of Formula 1 (26 g) + 250 ml of soy drink enriched with calcium and vitamins A and D.
- Option with water (vegetarian): 2 tablespoons of Formula 1 (26 g) + 2 tablespoons of Powdered Protein Drink (28 g) + water.
- Option with water (vegan): 2 tablespoons of Formula 1 (26 g) + 2 tablespoons of Vegan Protein Drink Powder (28 g) + water.

There are 21 servings in a canister of Formula 1. When used to aid weight loss (two shake per day), one canister of F1 will last just under 2 weeks.
Yes! Herbalife spent a lot of time on the innovation of new vegan products. All formula 1 shakes are now vegan & gluten-free along with many other products from our vegan range. Please note the F1 Shake contains gluten-free oat fibre.
The Formula 1 Shake doesn’t come with a dedicated scoop inside the tub. We recommend purchasing one as an add on.
