For your weight gain plan you should supplement the below plan with additional Herbalife Formula 1 shakes, up to a total of 3 shakes a day to increase you calorie and protien intake.

How to make your shakes

Make a shake with 30g of protein: 2 scoops Formula 1 Shake, 2 Scoops Protein Drink Mix (vegan or regular) with 250ml water.

Make a shake with 20g of protein: 2 scoops Formula 1 Shake, 1 Scoop Protein Drink Mix (vegan or regular) with 250ml water.

What time should I have my high protein snacks?

Your high protein snacks should be taken between breakfast and lunch and then lunch and dinner. The first after breakfast could be taken between 10-11am and the second after lunch could be taken around 3pm. These times are guides and may change depending on your routine. It is important to keep having the snacks to keep your protein intake high.

How do I make my nutritious shakes?

You mix two scoops of the Herbalife Formula 1 Shake and either 1 or 2 scoops of the Herbalife Protein Drink Mix (Depending on your protein target) with water and blend.

You can blend ice to improve the consistency of the shake if needed.

You can also add fruit to the shake if you like – this will increase the calories and sugar slightly.

Is my plan suitable for vegetarians?

Yes Herbalife shakes are vegetarian as are many products including the protein bars and protein chips.
